General Terms and Conditions of Business
The General Terms and Conditions are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-commerce.
The website is managed by YONI DIVINE SPA AAMA s.p., a provider of e-commerce services (hereinafter "provider"). Upon registration in the system, the visitor obtains a username and password. The username and password uniquely identify and link the user to the entered data. By registering, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase.
The General Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the online store, the rights of the user and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.
Availability of Information (summary of legislation)
The provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:
- company identity (name and registered office of the company, registration number),
- contact details (email, telephone),
- essential characteristics of goods or services,
- availability of products,
- terms of delivery (method, place, deadline),
- clearly defined prices with VAT and costs,
- method of payment and delivery,
- validity of the offer,
- conditions for withdrawal from the contract,
- the complaints procedure and contact details.
Product Offer
Due to the nature of e-commerce, the offer often changes. Prices are presented as regular prices and are set by the provider or manufacturer.
Payment Methods
YONI DIVINE SPA AAMA s.p. offers the following payment methods:
- bank transfer to the TRR (pre-invoice),
- cash on delivery,
- payment cards (Visa, MasterCard) via PayPal.

After receiving payment, the order is processed.

Bank Transfer (TRR)
After receiving payment, the order is processed. Delivery may be extended by 1–2 business days.
The contract is stored in electronic form and is available in the user profile.
Prices
All prices include VAT and are valid at the time of placing the order. Prices have no predetermined validity.
The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order and at that time all terms become fixed.
Purchase Process
1. Order placed – can be cancelled within 1 hour.
2. Order confirmed – processing and confirmation.
3. Goods shipped – notification by email.
Warranty
The warranty applies if stated. It is valid upon presentation of the invoice.
We do not provide service for products.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out via DPD, Pošta Slovenije or other partners.
Upon ordering, contact details for delivery are provided.
The delivery cost is paid by the buyer, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery is usually made in the morning.
Protection of Personal Data
- personal data is protected,
- used exclusively for order processing,
- will not be disclosed to third parties.
Communication
The provider communicates only if the user does not object.
User Reviews
Reviews are reviewed and must not be offensive. By submitting, the user allows the content to be used.

Right to Cancel an Order

Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
The provider does not recognise a provider of out-of-court dispute resolution.
